Meeting Information
The Virginia Railroad Association will be hosting our annual fall meeting on Thursday, Sept. 29th & Friday, Sept. 30th at the Boar's Head Resort in Charlottesville, Virginia. This is a beautiful resort located in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia. Our golf tournament will be at the Birdwood Golf Club. This course was recently renovated and voted best new course by Golf Digest in 2021. We are limited to 40 golfers, so if you plan to play please sign up early.
The format will be the same as last year with golf or the excursion followed by a reception and dinner on Thursday and our business meeting and presentations on Friday morning. Below is a link that you can register for the event or contact me directly if you prefer to pay by check.

Rooms are $189 per night. The special room rate will be available until August 14th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
